Association about ACCSS

ACCSS (pronounced as ‘access’ and short for ACademic Cyber Security Society), is the association for scientists from all academic institutions in the Netherlands (in Dutch Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) who are active in the broad field of cybersecurity in the Netherlands.

Through ACCSS, we come together to maximize the contribution of cybersecurity research to society through three main goals:

1. We are a networking hub with and for cybersecurity scientists from all scientific disciplines and universities in the Netherlands.
2. We serve as a gateway, making it easy for public and private parties to find their way to cybersecurity scientists in the Netherlands.
3. We act as advocates and representatives for cybersecurity science (press) in the Netherlands to help articulate positions and facilitate contributions that require cybersecurity expertise to public policy.
